Used resistance bands are one of the cheapest ways to get started, they're available for around £5 including postage, and free <a href="https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=resistance+band+training" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">training videos are on YouTube</a>.

For cardio, a used <a href="#search">treadmill</a>, <a href="#search">spin bike</a>, <a href="#search">skipping rope</a> or going swimming might be a good choice.

For strength training check <a href="#search">dumbells</a>, <a href="#search">kettlebells</a>, a <a href="#search">gym bench</a>/<a href="#search">weight bench</a>, <a href="#search">exercise roller</a> or a <a href="#search">pull up bar</a>.
